- Has 20 years of experience in general contracting management and construction operations related to reinforced concrete structures.
- Has extensive experience in concrete structure construction in nearly 20 countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe, including high‑rise buildings such as condos, office buildings and commercial complexes.
- Co‑founded the parent company of EMPIC Contracting Ltd in 2021.

- ALX condo project with 6 high‑rise buildings in China.
- JRJ office project with 3 mid‑rise buildings in China.
- WK Complex Business Center with 260,000 sq meter as the buildable area in China.
- Jama Mosque in Algeria with $1.5 billion USD as the contract value.
- PKM 392 KM highway project in Pakistan with $2.9 billion USD as the contract value.
Philip Kwok – Vice President
- Vice President.
- Master’s degree; over 35 years of industry experience; engaged in construction management in Hong Kong and in construction project management in Canada since 2004.
- Formerly worked for EllisDon Corp, one of the top three local general contractors; served as Assistant Construction General Manager on the largest project in Vancouver, Canada: Oakridge Redevelopment Phase 1, Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
